Common questions

How long is the free trial?
20 days, with every feature. During the trial you can add as many people as the largest plan on this page allows, so your whole team can try it at once.
Do I have to put in a credit card to start?
No. Signing up starts your trial without any payment details. We only ask for a card when you decide to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Until you choose a plan, the billing page is the only page you can open. Once you subscribe, your work orders, customers and history are all there as you left them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. There's no contract and no notice period, and you don't need to phone anyone.
What counts as a seat?
An active team member: anyone who can log in, in the office or in the field. Deactivating someone frees their seat straight away at no cost, so you don't need a bigger plan all year for seasonal or contract staff. Somebody who works for two companies here counts as a seat at each one, the same as anyone else on that company's team.
What if we outgrow the seat cap?
You move to a bigger plan, at that plan's fixed price. Your bill never goes up just because you added someone, and it's never more than the price you agreed to. Past 25 people, you've outgrown the plans on this page. Fleet is a custom plan: we agree the number of people and the price with you. Get in touch.
Is GST included?
No. Every price on this page is excluding GST. We're a New Zealand company, so 15% GST is added at checkout. It's shown as its own line on your tax invoice, with our GST number, so your accountant can claim it. Van is $29 a month, which comes to $33.35 including GST. If your business is based outside New Zealand, talk to us before you subscribe. GST works differently for services sold overseas, and we'd rather get your invoice right first time.
Can I pay annually?
Not yet. It's monthly only for now. An annual option is on our list.
We already use another job management system.
Talk to us before you sign up. We can usually bring your existing jobs, customers and attachments across, so you start with your history instead of an empty system. Get in touch.

Trials are capped at 25 active members, the same as the largest plan you can buy on this page. Already bigger than that? Tell us how many and we'll raise the limit for your trial.
