Customer sign-in

View your work requests

Enter the email address you use to send us work requests and we will send you a link to sign in. There is no password to remember.

The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once. If you are on a shared computer, sign out when you have finished.

Didn't get the email?
  • Check your spam or junk folder. It arrives from a workorders.nz address.
  • Make sure you are using the address the firm sends your job emails to. A link can only go to an address already on file.
  • Only a few links can be sent to one address each hour. If you have tried several times, wait an hour before trying again.
  • Still nothing? Ring the firm you deal with. They can send you a link themselves, or check the address they hold for you.
