Customer sign-in

View your work requests

Enter the email address you use to send us work requests and we'll email you a link to sign in. You don't need a password.

The link lasts 30 minutes and works once. If you're on a shared computer, sign out when you've finished.

Didn't get the email?
  • Check your spam or junk folder. It arrives from a workorders.nz address.
  • Make sure you're using the address the firm sends your job emails to. We can only send a link to an address that's already on file.
  • We can only send three links to one address in an hour. If you've tried a few times, wait an hour and try again.
  • Still nothing? Ring the firm you deal with. They can send you a link themselves, or check the address they hold for you.
